Hi Crafty Friends! I’m excited to share my DT card with you today. I made this for Cricut Cardz Challenge #114. The theme this week is “Critter Cuties”. Make a card using a “critter” (dog, cat, cow, chicken, duck, horse, etc.) from any cartridge(s), and using any colors or theme you’d like.

I made this kids birthday card using the Create A Critter cartridge. I cut the dog, party hat and the balloon out using CAC. For extra fun I added fringe, glitter and a rhinestone to the party hat. I stamped on the balloon using a dollar stamp and then tied it with thread to the dogs tail. Then I popped all three up on foam adhesive. To add interest to the plain card base I used a strip of patterned paper and stamped the birthday sentiment. Last but not least, I added Crystal Effects to give him a little wet nose! I hope you like this card and be sure to join us at CardzTv!

I love this little doggie! He's so happy and cute!

I added Crystal Effects to give him a little wet nose.

Thanks for coming by and I hope to see your Critter Cuties! :)

Hi Crafty Friends! How are you doing? I hope your summer has been a fun one! Today I’m sharing with you my Design Team card for Cricut Cardz Challenge #112. The challenge is to make a card with a tag or tags, using any cartridge(s) and using any colors you’d like.

My card below was made using one of those little dollar stamps that so many of us love and love to collect. The cute crab is from Imaginisce’s Splash Dance collection. I colored him with Copic Markers and added Crystal Effects to make him shine! The tag is cut from the Plantin SchoolBook cartridge.

The cute sentiment is from a retired Stampin Up set called Crab & Company.

Crystal Effects adds a perfect shiny gloss.

Thank you so much for coming by today. I know I’ve been absent for a few weeks. I’ll be posting a personal update soon to explain where I’ve been. I hope you enjoyed my card and will join us at CardzTv for this fun challenge!

Hi Crafty Friends! Today I’m excited to share with you two Birthday cards that I made for my niece’s 14th Birthday.

I made the first card for my parents to give to her. I used the Betsy Bluebell stamp set from Penny Black and colored the image with Copic markers. I know the image may seem a bit young for her but it was just so cute. Plus I had just bought the stamp set so I had to use it!

The second card features an awesome stamp set from Stampin Up called Pick a Petal. So many fun things can be done with this set. If you would like more details about the cards just play the videos at the bottom of this post. Now onto the cards!

The patterned paper is from DCWV Sweet Stack & the image is popped up on pop dots.

Here's a close up of my Copic coloring.

The second layer of petals are popped up on pop dots for added dimension & fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my cards today! I’ll be back soon to share the cards I made at Craft Night with some awesome ladies!

Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends! Today is the start of Cricut Cardz Challenge #103! This weeks theme is, “You Take the Cake!”. So head to your craft room and make a Birthday card with a cake or cupcake using any cartridges or colors you’d like.

My card this week is sweet and simple. I used the cupcake from the Simply Charmed cartridge. I embellished the card with a polka dot button, acetate satin ribbon and a Happy Birthday sentiment from The Greeting Farm. I hope you like it.

Sweet and simple!

I think this embellishment is a fun way to incorporate your sentiment and add a pop of color.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you play along with us at CCC. There will be a random winner chosen for a set of awesome CardzTv stamps! Have a great week everyone! :)

Hi Crafty Friends! Today I’d like to share with you a Birthday card. My brother asked me to make a Birthday card for his friends son. He told me that Paxton loves airplanes. So I went searching through my cartridges and found this little airplane image on Everyday Paper Dolls.

I’m also entering this card into Lawnscaping Challenge #18. The challenge is “Getting Texty”. I just love my Lawn Fawn stamps! Harold’s Abc’s are so easy to use and always looks so awesome! Be sure to head on over to Lawnscaping and check out the newest challenge!

White stitching really jazzes up the airplane.

I just love how the airplane is pulling the birthday banner.

Lawn Fawn alpha stamps are just the best!

Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me such sweet comments!
