Good Morning Crafty Friends! I can’t believe October is flying by so quickly. Halloween will be here in one week! I’m excited since it’s my favorite holiday and I love to hand out candy to the cute kids. But October is not just a time for tricks and treats it’s also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To help promote this worthy cause, why not make a card for a friend or a loved one, as a reminder card for self-exams and mammograms, a card congratulating a breast cancer survivor, or a card of encouragement for someone currently going through the trauma of breast cancer. Also don’t forget to do your own self-exam and get your mammograms!

Challenge#119: “Let’s Hear it for the Girl’s” Make a card for Breast Cancer Awareness, using any cartridge(s) and using any colors you’d like.

Think Pink!

I used Birthday Bash to cut out the letters and embellished them with white faux stitching.

To stamp the background I used an Inkadinkado stamp set called Friendship. I added my own pink ribbon and a tiny ribbon rose that came from my stash. Thank you for coming by and leaving me such sweet comments! I hope you all like this card and join us at CardzTv for this challenge.

Good Morning Crafty Friends! Are you ready for Cricut Cardz Challenge #108? The theme is “May Day”, make a card for any occasion using flowers from any cartridge(s) and using any colors you’d like.

For my 4 x 5.5 inch card I used the Give A Hoot cartridge. After cutting the tulips out three times, I used Copic markers to color the tulips and the rhinestones. I used my Nestabilities to cut a circle from the center then popped each of the tulips up on pop dots. The sentiment is from Hero Arts, Everyday Greetings.

Happy May Day!

I love to color clear rhinestones with Copics, Bic Mark It's or Sharpies. It's an easy way to get the perfect coordinating color.

Before I go, I wanted to give you an update on Bunny. After being very ill for two weeks she is is finally feeling better. She just finished two of her three medications and has been getting stronger each day. She’s still a bit slow but it’s so nice to see her getting back to her old self. Thanks for your kind words, I really appreciate. :)

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my card. I’ll leave you with a cute picture of Bunny napping with her new toy from her Grandma (my Mom).

Bunny Boo & Lambchop.
