Hello again! It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my blog but what a better way to start blogging again than with a cute Lawn Fawn card. Lawn Fawn has a new challenge blog called Lawn Fawnatics. I definitely recommend checking it out and playing along. There is a lot of wonderful inspiration and an awesome prize!

The theme for this month’s challenge is Happy Birthday. My card features the cute Lawn Fawn Year Three stamp set and a sentiment set from Avery Elle called Cake & Candles. I colored the adorable cake images with Copic Markers and added Wink of Stella to the candles and stars. I stamped the sentiment on vellum and embossed it in gold. I think this turned out so cute! Yes, it’s really hard to talk about Lawn Fawn and not say cute a bunch of times. Lol.

Happy Friday! I hope you’re all ready for the weekend. Maybe some of you have some crafty plans. I definitely do. My boyfriend recently surprised me with a Cricut Explore for Valentine’s Day. It’s been so fun to design projects and I’m really impressed with the cuts this machine produces.

Today I’m sharing with you a simple but pretty ballet birthday card. I made this for my niece, she’s a beautiful dancer and I know she’ll love this card. At the end of this post you’ll find a tutorial video that includes all the measurements and card details. You can also visit me at my YouTube channel for more card ideas and tutorials.

To make a coordinating envelope, I cut a second pair of ballet slippers to adhered them to the envelope.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and checking out my card. I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Happy Saturday! Today I’m sharing a beautiful Birthday Card with you. I used two Stampin’ Up stamp sets, Swallowtail and Stippled Blossoms. The Swallowtail stamp is one of my all time favorite stamps. If you have it, it’s probably a favorite of yours as well.

I love doing one layer cards and this stamp is perfect for them. Just add a sentiment and maybe some pearls or rhinestones and you’re done! Gotta love a fast and gorgeous card! Below I posted some close up pictures and a tutorial video, if you’d like to watch me make this card.

Stampin Up Swallowtail, One layer card, butterfly

As you can see this Swallowtail stamp is amazing!

Stampin Up Swallowtail, Stampin Up Stippled Blossoms

I think the Swallowtail and the Rose go together so well. I stamped both images with Stampin’ Up Bermuda Bay ink.

On the inside of the card I stamped the large flower image from Stippled Blossoms. This set is another one of my favorites. It’s a two-step stamp set with beautiful results every time. The sentiment stamp is from Heidi Swapp.

I really hope you liked today’s card. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous weekend!

Hi Crafty Friends! Today I’m excited to share with you two Birthday cards that I made for my niece’s 14th Birthday.

I made the first card for my parents to give to her. I used the Betsy Bluebell stamp set from Penny Black and colored the image with Copic markers. I know the image may seem a bit young for her but it was just so cute. Plus I had just bought the stamp set so I had to use it!

The second card features an awesome stamp set from Stampin Up called Pick a Petal. So many fun things can be done with this set. If you would like more details about the cards just play the videos at the bottom of this post. Now onto the cards!

The patterned paper is from DCWV Sweet Stack & the image is popped up on pop dots.

Here's a close up of my Copic coloring.

The second layer of petals are popped up on pop dots for added dimension & fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my cards today! I’ll be back soon to share the cards I made at Craft Night with some awesome ladies!

Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends! Today is the start of Cricut Cardz Challenge #103! This weeks theme is, “You Take the Cake!”. So head to your craft room and make a Birthday card with a cake or cupcake using any cartridges or colors you’d like.

My card this week is sweet and simple. I used the cupcake from the Simply Charmed cartridge. I embellished the card with a polka dot button, acetate satin ribbon and a Happy Birthday sentiment from The Greeting Farm. I hope you like it.

Sweet and simple!

I think this embellishment is a fun way to incorporate your sentiment and add a pop of color.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you play along with us at CCC. There will be a random winner chosen for a set of awesome CardzTv stamps! Have a great week everyone! 🙂
