Posts Tagged ‘birthday’![]() Happy Saturday! Today I’m sharing a beautiful Birthday Card with you. I used two Stampin’ Up stamp sets, Swallowtail and Stippled Blossoms. The Swallowtail stamp is one of my all time favorite stamps. If you have it, it’s probably a favorite of yours as well. I love doing one layer cards and this stamp is perfect for them. Just add a sentiment and maybe some pearls or rhinestones and you’re done! Gotta love a fast and gorgeous card! Below I posted some close up pictures and a tutorial video, if you’d like to watch me make this card. ![]() I think the Swallowtail and the Rose go together so well. I stamped both images with Stampin’ Up Bermuda Bay ink. On the inside of the card I stamped the large flower image from Stippled Blossoms. This set is another one of my favorites. It’s a two-step stamp set with beautiful results every time. The sentiment stamp is from Heidi Swapp.
I really hope you liked today’s card. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous weekend! [social_share/]![]() Hi Crafty Friends! I’m excited to share my DT card with you today. I made this for Cricut Cardz Challenge #114. The theme this week is “Critter Cuties”. Make a card using a “critter” (dog, cat, cow, chicken, duck, horse, etc.) from any cartridge(s), and using any colors or theme you’d like. I made this kids birthday card using the Create A Critter cartridge. I cut the dog, party hat and the balloon out using CAC. For extra fun I added fringe, glitter and a rhinestone to the party hat. I stamped on the balloon using a dollar stamp and then tied it with thread to the dogs tail. Then I popped all three up on foam adhesive. To add interest to the plain card base I used a strip of patterned paper and stamped the birthday sentiment. Last but not least, I added Crystal Effects to give him a little wet nose! I hope you like this card and be sure to join us at CardzTv! Thanks for coming by and I hope to see your Critter Cuties! 🙂 [social_share/]![]() Hi Crafty Friends! How are you doing? I colored him with Copic Markers and added Crystal Effects to make him shine! The tag is cut from the Plantin SchoolBook cartridge. Thank you so much for coming by today.
