Hi! I hope you’re all having a good Monday evening. I wanted to share the card I made for Mary’s challenge at CardzTv. The challenge is to make a card without using your die cutting machines! So I broke out my Halloween papers and got to work!

Here is what I came up with. For details on this card please visit my YouTube page by clicking here. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my Blog and YouTube page. Hugs!

I also wanted to sneak in a BIG thank you to my boyfriend Kris for drawing my Avatar. You can see her in my blog header.  He is also working on a new blog header for me. Thank you so much, I love it!!!

I love the Bo Bunny Whoo-ligan's paper!

Distressed and inked edges are the perfect touch for Halloween cards.

Glittered bats in flight embellish the bottom of the card.

Hello! Today I’m sharing with you my DT card for Cricut Cardz Challenge #44. This weeks challenge is to make a Z-Fold card for Halloween. You can use any carts and colors you’d like! This was a fun card to make. I did keep it simple but I think it turned out pretty darn cute.

I used iridescent vellum paper to cut the ghost. I cut him at 4 inches using my Paper Doll Dress Up cart. To cut the word BOO, I used SCAL. I used my Creative Memories wavy cutter to cut the top of the card. The edges are stamped with a spider web stamp from Inkadinkado and embossed with iridescent ice from Stampin Up. The pattern paper is from Recollections and Target. Both of these papers are from last years Halloween collections. The ghost and pumpkin on the patterned paper are popped up using pop-dots. The orange cardstock on the inside of the card has been distressed using Tim Holtz’s paper distresser and inked with pigment inks. Stamping on the inside of the card is also from Inkadinkado. To complete the card I added white stitching around the ghost and the lettering.

To see a video describing it in detail click here to be taken to my youtube page.

I hope you can join in on the fun at CCC! We can’t wait to see your cards! Have a wonderful week and thanks again for stopping by.

I also entered this card into challenges at Stamp, Scrap & Doodle Saturdays and Fantabulous Cricut. Both challenges required us to use real or faux stitching. Check out all of these challenge sites they are each a lot of fun!

View of the card when it's closed.

Card opens to reveal some spooky fun and a place for your personal message.

The little ghost and pumpkin are pop-dotted for some extra dimension.

Hello and good morning everyone! I hope your week is going well. Today’s card was made for Cricut Cardz Challenge #42. The challenge this week is to make a Halloween card using the card feature and any colors and cartridges you like.

I chose make a creepy spider card using Doodlecharms. I cut the card feature at 10 inches and the spiders at 1 1/4.  I really really don’t like spiders but I find these Doodlecharm spiders to be pretty cute! Last night I decided the card needed something else, so I added stickles to the webs. I think it was just what the card needed!

I hope you like my creepy card and I really hope you stop by CCC and play along this week! If you would like more details on this card please visit my youtube page. Have a great week!

Creepy with a hint of cute!

Here is the card with Stickles added to the webs.

Doodlebug glitter & googly eyes helps her look extra cute.

One baby spider takes a rest on the sentiment.

Seahorse Daddy and Son

I used Perfect Pearls to highlight the Seahorse's fins.
