Make a Valentine card with a critter

You can check out my card below. I decided to make a shape card using my Gypsy and the Create a Critter cartridge. The stamped sentiment is from the Pink By Design, Be Mine set.

I used rhinestones, pink chalk & polka dot embossing to embellish my adorable card. This card is just under 4 inches tall.

You could say no to that sweet face?

Thank you so much for the comments on my last post. I really appreciate you stopping by my blog and checking out my cards. I hope you join us at Cardz Tv for this sweet Valentine challenge! Have a fabulous week and I can’t wait to see your Critter Valentine’s!

Good Morning Crafty Friends! Are you ready for Cricut Cardz Challenge #108? The theme is “May Day”, make a card for any occasion using flowers from any cartridge(s) and using any colors you’d like.

For my 4 x 5.5 inch card I used the Give A Hoot cartridge. After cutting the tulips out three times, I used Copic markers to color the tulips and the rhinestones. I used my Nestabilities to cut a circle from the center then popped each of the tulips up on pop dots. The sentiment is from Hero Arts, Everyday Greetings.

Happy May Day!

I love to color clear rhinestones with Copics, Bic Mark It's or Sharpies. It's an easy way to get the perfect coordinating color.

Before I go, I wanted to give you an update on Bunny. After being very ill for two weeks she is is finally feeling better. She just finished two of her three medications and has been getting stronger each day. She’s still a bit slow but it’s so nice to see her getting back to her old self. Thanks for your kind words, I really appreciate. 🙂

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my card. I’ll leave you with a cute picture of Bunny napping with her new toy from her Grandma (my Mom).

Hi Crafty Friends! How are you? I hope everyone is having a good week! Today is the start of Cricut Cardz Challenge #102. The theme this week is “A Stitch in Time”,  make a card for any occasion using real or faux stitching and use any cartridges or colors you’d like.

I hope you join us this week and let me know what you think of my card! I used a Greeting Farm digi and frames from the Just Because Cards cartridge.

I really love the soft colors and layered frame.

I think she is so sweet. I used Copic markers to color her and I added pink rhinestones to her hair.

Thank you for coming by and checking out my card! I look forward to seeing your cards for this challenge!

Hi Crafty Friends! Today I’d like to share with you my Design Team card for Cricut Cardz Challenge #93.

This weeks theme is “Think Pink“. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. To help promote this worthy cause, make a card for a friend or a loved one for Breast Cancer Awareness month. It can be a reminder card for self-exams and mammograms, a card congratulating a breast cancer survivor, or a card of encouragement for someone currently going through the trauma of breast cancer. Use any cartridges you’d like and use Pink as your primary color. Make sure you give your card to a friend or loved one!

Lace, gems and some dry embossing was the perfect way to dress up this diecut!

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you join us for this weeks challenge at CardzTv! Have a wonderful week.

Good evening! How is everyone? I’m doing great even though it’s gloomy and pouring out. I’m not ready for this weather yet. But it does make for a perfect crafting day. Today’s card was made for a challenge at Paper Playtime. It’s a fun challenge blog and I recommend checking it out. Janis is very sweet and has lots of inspiration on her blog.

This weeks challenge was to create a project with shoes or showing variety. This was the perfect opportunity for me to use my Summer in Paris cart. I cut the high heel at 3 inches using iridescent white vellum paper. (I’m loving vellum after making my Vellum Tea Light Toppers!) Then I stamped the card base using the Close to my Heart, Be Yourself stamp set. Lastly I added pink rhinestones to the high heel and corned rounded the bottom edges of the card base. I used Creative Memories vellum adhesive to adhere the high heel to the card base.

Thanks so much for stopping by! If you participated in the Fall Blog Hop yesterday the winner will be announced Monday morning! So be sure to come back and see if you are the Blog Candy winner!!!

Perfect card to give to a best friend!

I love how vellum lets the words underneath show through.
